Practicing daily gratitude through affirmations is one of the most powerful ways to improve your quality of life and happiness.

Gratitude itself is a tool to increase your happiness and levels of wellbeing. Regular gratitude can help to put a positive spin on your life and increase optimism.

General Gratitude Affirmations

These are gratitude affirmations that are best practiced every day. You can do these either in the morning or evening; both work well. Try to include affirmations in either your morning or evening routine.
